Troll Patent Regulation and Teledildonics

Troll Patent Regulation and Teledildonics

Violet Blue has an interesting discussion of the current SCOTUS ruling on troll patents (patents made with no intent of invention, which are held until a profitable conflicting product is made and is then used for lawsuits against said product), and its relation to the teledildonics patent. While it's not a sure-fire way to knock out the patent, it's certainly a step in the right direction.
